Globe offers two main ways of showing pickup points to your customers. The method for your store will depend on your Shopify Plan.

Checkout

Best for Shopify Plus

Globe checkout app block is the best method of adding pickup points for Shopify Plus stores

Pickup point is selected during checkout (from a list, or using an interactive map), and the checkout cannot be completed unless the customer has selected their pickup point. There are some exceptions such as when using Apple Pay, in which case, customer will select their preferred location in the next step.

Thank you & Order status pages

Best for Basic, Shopify and Advanced plans

App blocks for the thank you & order status pages are a recommended method of adding pickup points for most plans

Pickup point selection happens straight after checkout compeletes, and we have made it really fast. Customer is presented with a list or a map to choose their preferred location from.

If an order is missing a pickup point, you can ask the customer to visit the order status page (or send them a link to it). Using Globe, you can also set automatic email reminders in case an order doesn’t have a pickup point.
