Balikovna API

Globe integrates with Balikovna (Czech Post B2B), enabling seamless order management and parcel shipping directly from Shopify. With this integration, you can:

• Send your orders to your Balikovna portal
• Print shipping labels within Shopify

Enabling Balikovna API integration

1. In your Shopify admin, open Globe Pickup Points and add or edit your Balikovna provider.
2. Enter your API credentials from Czech Post B2B.
3. Configure export and fulfillment options as needed.
4. Map your Shopify shipping methods to Balikovna.

Exporting and printing labels

You can export orders to Balikovna and print shipping labels directly from Shopify, either in bulk or individually. The process is streamlined for both order management and label generation.

Balikovna supports various domestic and international service types, including pickup point and post office delivery. You can select the appropriate type during export based on your needs.

Troubleshooting

Issue	Resolution
MISSING_SENDER_EMAIL (188)	Czech Post requires a sender e-mail on every parcel and takes it from the contacts of your submission location (podací místo) on your Czech Post contract — it is not set in Globe. Add a contact e-mail to the submission location in Podání Online (or ask your Czech Post representative to do it). Once it is there, the export goes through without any change in Globe.
BATCH_INVALID (19)	Only a wrapper for the whole batch. The real reason is in the lines listed with it (for example MISSING_SENDER_EMAIL or INVALID_WEIGHT).
INVALID_WEIGHT (104)	Czech Post rejected the parcel weight — it is outside the range allowed for the selected service. Check the order weight in Shopify, or enter the real weight of the parcel in the label panel before exporting.
INVALID_LOCATION	The submission location number (číslo podacího místa) does not exist on your contract. Check your submission locations in Podání Online — the most common value is 1.
