Shopify shipping carrier API integrations
Globe connects your Shopify store to shipping carriers in two ways:
- Pickup points at checkout — customers pick a parcel locker, parcel shop or post office from a wide range of carriers. See the full carrier list.
- Direct carrier API integrations — for the carriers below, Globe also exports orders to the carrier and prints shipping labels inside Shopify, so you never re-key an order into a separate carrier portal.

Automatic delivery-status sync
Section titled “Automatic delivery-status sync”For labels created in Globe, the app can also track the parcel with the carrier and update the Shopify order automatically — the fulfillment status moves as the parcel does (in transit, delivered, failed delivery), and cash-on-delivery orders are marked as paid once the carrier confirms delivery. Enable it per carrier with Automatically update delivery status in the carrier’s settings.
Currently supported for: Packeta (Zásilkovna), PPL, GLS (MyGLS), DPD, Balíkovna, Pošta bez hranic and Boxpi.

Order & warehouse management
Section titled “Order & warehouse management”Pass pickup-point data to your OMS, WMS or fulfillment partner so the warehouse always has the correct delivery details.

Other platforms read the data Globe writes to the Shopify order — enable Create order attributes on your carrier and the pickup point travels with the order into their import. This is how MetaKocka, Mailstep, Fulfillment.cz, EkoSklad and Shipmall work. The attribute names are configurable, so you can match whatever field names your partner expects — see Order attributes, or Point metafield if your partner reads the raw JSON.
